Best free car GPS off line working maps for UK and Czechia?

Hello,
I have a problem to update my good old Garmin maps. Garmin do not do that, while I'm located in Israel. What would the best Satnav / GPS off line working maps, I can download to my iPhone? I'll need to drive in UK and Czech Republic. Please elaborate on, what site should I download from?



I did not find the right solution from the internet.
